Flinders ... not the station

All aboard! Yes .. the Flinders Attic is what the Builder calls it is what we've chosen for the facade, bricks and not weatherboard but there's still some softness at the top and those pointy "thingys" and yes the lead lights ...

Lead lights, who would have though this is how they call those fancy glass on door and windows that cost much ...

The Cottage

The original house on the block which was a "homey" little cottage. Apparently built in the early 1900's and renovated in the 80's, we would have loved to just renovate this house as it was rich in feature, however the limited number of rooms and toilets vs the number of kids in our family would mean more or less the similar cost of building a new one.

Just paying tribute to the Little Old Cottage and the rich history it once had ...

Das Model

The Armadale Attic ... that's what they call the model of the house. My wife would really like to have a weatherboard house similar to the original one but I believe having a brick one gives the house more character and blends with the neibourhood
